What is Easy Mode?

Easy Mode is our special way of bringing you the best of both worlds – a delicious warm bakery treat with cool, creamy ice cream. We ship it frozen, but when you're ready for a moment of indulgence, just warm up the brownie in the microwave and add the ice cream on top. It's that simple!

How do I make my Easy Mode treat?

Creating your perfect Easy Mode moment is simple! Start by giving your treat a 30-second warm-up in the microwave. Since all microwaves have their own personality, this might be your sweet spot, or you may need to adjust a bit. The goal is to find that perfect balance of warmth, gooey bakery goodness and creamy ice cream.

What comes in my package?

Your Easy Mode box is a complete experience! It includes both your frozen bakery item and ice cream in one convenient package. When you're ready to indulge just warm up the bakery treat and top it with the ice cream. It's the perfect way to treat yourself!

Why does your "may contain" allergen list so long?

Great question! Our product is currently produced in a Pilot Plant facility that handles all allergens and doesn't have designated receiving zones and/ or production lines for each product. We cross-label out of an abundance of caution due to potential for cross contamination.

Where are you available for purchase?

Right now, we're exclusively available here on our website. But don't worry, we're planning to expand into retailers soon. Want to be the first to know when we expand to stores near you? Sign up for our newsletter and we'll keep you in the loop!

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Just email us at: easymodedessert@gmail.com with your order number and a brief summary of your experience. We offer a one-time full refund, up to the full purchase price (excluding tax).

How long until my item is shipped?

We know you're excited to get your hands on Easy Mode! We ship Monday through Wednesday with overnight or two-day delivery. So, if you place your order Sunday through Tuesday, you’ll get it the same week. Any other day and you can expect it the next week. But we’ll send you a shipping confirmation once it’s on the way, so you know exactly when to expect your treats.

Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?

Absolutely! If you're interested in bulk purchases or selling Easy Mode in your store, we'd love to chat. Please reach out to us at: easymodedessert@gmail.com

How many can I purchase?

Due to our limited supply, we kindly ask that you limit your purchase to 2 units within a 24-hour period. If you'd like more (we're flattered!), you can place another order after 24 hours. Multiple orders within that time will be automatically canceled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding as we work to share the love with everyone!
